19th Century Birdcage Drinking Trough In Blown Glass, Water Dispenser, With Bird Head

Beautifully crafted blown glass birdcage waterer or dispenser.
* 19th century
Troconic in shape, it is crowned by a bird subject highlighted by a glass rod forming a spiral wound around the neck.
In the lower part is a beautiful cup that could be described as ‘soft’ (compared to certain works by Dali).
Each of the different elements making up the object is blown, worked with tongs and hot-glued.
* This is a fine folk art object with character *.
It can be considered to be in good condition, although there is a small gap in the spiral wound around the neck, about 1.5 cm long (see the last photo to see this area).
