Hippolyte Sebron is a French painter of views, pastellist, portraitist, landscaper and photographer. A great traveler, he traveled across Europe, the Mediterranean and North America to paint ruins and landscapes. His work was rewarded many times at the Paris Salon and his paintings exhibited in the United States gave him an international reputation. Visible at the Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, at 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
