French orientalist painter born in 1880 and died in 1957 in Oran, of the modern school, also called the school of Algiers. Student of the school of fine arts of Algiers in 1898 then of the academy Druet and Rochegrosse. Considered as the only Fauvist painter of Algeria, he obtained several medals. Numerous exhibitions in Algiers, Oran, Paris, Biennale of Menton. Oil on cardboard bearing signature at the bottom in the middle. The works of Ferrando being jealously preserved by their owners, rare on the art market.
