Old restaurant trolley, wooden and silver-plated metal cutting table from the 1940s by L.Bouillet-Bourdelle Orfèvres LYON PARIS. Inscription "LE PARADIS" on the underside. It rests on a wooden rolling table beautifully carved with grooves on the 4 legs. The rosette at the top of the bell allows condensation from the bain-marie to drain, which keeps the meat and the two sauce pots warm. This beef table consists of a cutting cutlery holder, a retractable plate holder, a warmer and two sauce containers.
