Watercolor depicting a view of Gonesse and its church in Seine et Marne. The watercolor is signed and located Gonesse (Seine et Oise) at the bottom left and framed in a modern frame and measures without frame 54.5x39 cm. Arthur Bourdilliat (1844-1893) is known as a watercolorist, engineer of Arts and manufacture and general secretary of the society of friends of the arts, exhibited regularly at the salon of French artists between 1882 and 1893. A church of Gonesse part of his 1887 shipment, is probably ours.
