Small Gilt Bronze And Soft Paste Enameled Cup, 18th Century, France
Artist: Inconnu
A small cup...
From the 18th century...
From SÈVRES perhaps...?
Otherwise from a FRENCH factory...
With a cast bronze foot, chiseled and gilded...
With several elements...
And a small bowl in soft paste...
Enameled, painted and gilded...
With pearls on the inside and outside edges...
And at regular intervals two gold lines on the upper part and base...
In perfect condition except for a few manufacturing defects...
A small deformation at the edge...
And an enamel defect on the base of the bowl (see photo)
It is fixed with a kind of wax...
All of beautiful workmanship...!
Weight... 388 gr
