Pectoral cross pendant in 18k gold (750°/°°) decorated with blue enamel and set with large sapphire cabochons for a total weight of approximately 15 ct. The back of the cross is finely chiseled. Very high quality Italian work circa 1970. Presence of the 750 hallmark for 18k gold and trace of the manufacturer's hallmark.
