Louis XVI Mirror In Carved And Gilded Wood.
Louis XVI style pediment mirror in carved and gilded wood with a Trianon grey lacquered background. Pediment decorated with a wide ribbon tied and housed in a scrolled cartouche, topped with a stylized shell. Uprights decorated with acanthus leaf scrolls topped with small bouquets of flowers. Frame with notched edge. Beveled mirror with angular shaping with motifs. Cleaned gilding in excellent condition of conservation in 2 matte and shiny tones burnished with agate.
