After this collective experience, Georges Hugnet continued his search for the poetic absolute and graphic beauty through automatic decalcomanias in black ink, a technique developed with his friend Oscar Dominguez, photomontages and photographic collages, newspaper cuttings and the assembly of various materials: found objects, driftwood, pebbles, seaweed, torn paper.
