Magnificent Louis XVI style flat-backed beech armchair with pearl rows. This beautiful armchair is made of molded and carved beech. The square-shaped backrest is entirely carved and richly decorated with a frieze of carved pearls. The armrests, upholstered with velvet cuffs on cavetto consoles, are decorated with a frieze and acanthus leaves, the belts with a frieze of fluting highlighted with pearls. The legs are tapered and fluted. The armchair is upholstered in a beautiful gray fabric with a very delicate tone-on-tone pattern. The armrests are in gray velvet.
