A monstrance particularly original in its presentation. Rare are those topped with a crown carried by two angels. This piece is in first quality silver 900/1000 and in brass for the elements of Glory. It is the work of master goldsmith Henri De Curte 1832-1869, active in Ghent in Belgium, whose hallmark it bears.
Gross weight of 1.928 kg Dimensions of 58 cm by 30 cm wide.
Used condition, some losses - Summit cross glued back on - various restorations - without lunula
