Rare beautiful cane from the 18th century. Gold pommel and eyelet (one eyelet missing). Presence of the 4 hallmarks of the farmers general required between 1672 and 1789: The Master's hallmark (Crown, fleurs-de-lys and initial of the goldsmith FC), The Charge hallmark (R under crown for the city of Orléans), the Jurande hallmark and the discharge hallmark.  It is in excellent condition (except for a missing eyelet on one side). Long ferrule of 4,52 inches. The entire cane measures 46,45 inches. Circa 1750.
