Lying hunting dog sculpture. Bronze with very beautiful brown patina medal. By Lemaître Églantine daughter of Robert Houdin. Exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français from 1884 to 1910. Member in 1885, honorable mention in 1886. Honorable mention at the Universal Exhibition of 1889. Mounted on a two-story portor marble base. Signed on the side and two AG Bronze Paris foundry pellets for Arthur Goldscheider. Wears the number 11 on the back.Old cast around 1900 .
