"Pair Of Candlesticks To The Vestals 19th Century XIXe"

Large and sublime pair of Napoleon III period candelabra. Decorated in patinated bronze with antique-style draped vestal virgins. Carrying a jar on which rests the imposing candlestick with five lights, contrasted with gilded bronze and patinated bronze, each candle holder is equipped with their original, removable wax protection as well as a flame damper at the top. Black marble bases decorated with bas-relief depicting a young woman at her toilet with a servant.
