Roland Hamon (1909 - 1987) "The Seine from the Pont Neuf" oil on canvas. Canvas: 38 cm x 47 cm Frame: 53 cm x 62 cm The artist is a French painter of landscapes and animated urban scenes. He was a student of Cormon at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He exhibited regularly at the Salons des Artistes Français, of which he was a member from 1934. We owe him many views of Paris, of which he made a specialty.
