Pigeon Gorge Opaline Salt Bottle
Salt or perfume bottle. The body is made of hydrangea pink opal crystal, also called "pigeon throat". It is cut with horizontal ribs in the center, and in festoons on the sides. It has its silver hinged cap, hallmarked 1817. Presence of the small internal stopper. Restoration period work.
