This cameo was inspired by a painting the « Annunciation » of Guido Reni, paint in 1621, kept in the pinacotheca of Fano
Engraving at the back : « 64 » in a square and « n.at » ?
Dimensions of the cameo :4,5 x 3,4 cm approx
Dimensions of the brooch : 5 x 4,2 cm approx.
Weight : 15,6 g (9k gold – 375/1000 – treafle mark)

Two little « veins » in the shell. But very delicate, and good quality.
