Le Tallec Paris, Pair Of Large Directoire Style Medici Vases In Hand Painted Porcelain

Very beautiful pair of large Medici-shaped vases in hand-painted Directoire style porcelain. On a square base, the pedestal base rises to accommodate the body of the vase decorated with two handles decorated with mascarons. The Directoire style decor with attributes is entirely hand painted with an unusual color palette, ranging from black to light yellow, purple and pink. The whole is very largely outlined in gold with a very nice thickness. These highly decorative vases are in excellent home condition. Signature below the Le Tallec workshop in Paris, with a letter date B for 1941. Initials of the decorative painter GK.
