Frank Will (1900 - 1950) Watercolor Paris Tugs On The Seine

Magnificent watercolor and black stone drawing representing tugboats on the Seine seen from the right bank quays, the Pont des Arts and the Institut de France in gray weather. At the back, we can see the towers and spire of Notre-Dame. Two men, probably boatmen, are deep in conversation on the quay. It is highlighted by its original frame with carved wooden keys with a beautiful bronze patina! Its protective glass is old, probably original too. Signed lower right and located lower left. I present to you photos of the work framed and taken out of the frame allowing the examination of the entire sheet. Dimensions: 31 cm x 43.2 cm sheet 51 cm x 63 cm framed Very good condition overall.
