Studded Box From France - Charles X Period
Pretty and rare model of Charles X vintage box in blond wood probably lemon tree, studded on all sides with small multi-faceted nails of round or oval shape of different sizes that reflect very well the light. Decoration in the center of Assymetric entralacs, there is no shortage of nails in the center, only 3 are missing on the outer borders (cf. photos). Interior trimmed with an old binding paper. A key that works. First part of nighteen century.
