Louis XV period flat desk in walnut veneer with light wood marquetry. In an unusual shape, this desk opens with 5 drawers. Iron-plated leather top and two side pulls enlarging the work space. The sides decorated with stars in burl walnut marquetry. Very good condition of the house, usual restorations (bottoms of drawers redone in the 19th century). Set built on oak and fir. The dimensions are interesting because this desk is easily accommodated. Louis XV period, mid-18th century.
