Pair Of Large Stools In Painted And Gilded Wood, 20th Century. Benches

Pair of very large stools in painted and gilded  wood, nicely covered. 20th century period.
The trim is in good condition and does not need to be redone, only the fabric can be changed if desired.
The existing fabric of very good quality (silk?) has some slight defects.
A barely visible trace of water on one and only from a certain angle of view.
On the other two small stains, and two tears.
