"5 Teaspoons In 18th Century Sterling Silver, Bordeaux, Grain/ball, Jean-françois Cadeau."
Rare and pretty series of 5 silver teaspoons, typical Bordeaux model called "coffee bean".
Very good condition, a few micro shocks in the barely visible spoons and a few scratches from use, but nice shine.
Charge, discharge and community hallmarks: Bordeaux 1787.
Master goldsmith hallmark: Jean-François Cadeau, received in Bordeaux in 1765.
Curious monogram "R" in a triangle on each stem.
Spoon length: 14.2 cm.
Total weight: 103 g.
