Object description :

"Burma, 1960s/1970s, Traditional Theater Mask In Bronze With Double Patina."
Burma, 1960s/1970s, very pretty and unusual traditional bronze theater mask with double dark and gold patina. The use of this mask is similar to those of Japanese No theater. The actor declaims his text with his face uncovered then covers his face with the mask when he has finished. The advantage of this mask is that it does not need a base or support to be presented because it has perfect vertical balance; proof if there is one of the precision and know-how of its creator. Elegant and refined piece. Height 16.8 cm. Width 13.5 cm. The scale indicator in the last photograph is a small model of a lighter from a brand known to everyone. Good condition except for some slight normal wear and some small cast iron residues without any impact on the aesthetics. We take particular care with our packaging by using optimum protection. The shipment is made with insurance included. Shipping rates: mainland France: 22 euros, countries of the European Union and Switzerland: 28 euros, countries of Eastern Europe and the Maghreb: 35 euros, United States, Australia, Asia and the rest of the world: 65 euros.
