"Louis Majorelle Art Nouveau Serving “aux Blés”"
Superb curved server in solid mahogany and flamed mahogany veneer with sculpted wheat decoration. It opens with two doors in the lower part, a niche, and two drawers in the belt, it has a marble breccia on the top, a console with a beveled mirror supported by two curved uprights, and large gilded bronze handles. Very good quality of cabinetmaking, note some wear of the tin on the mirror. Louis Majorelle in Nancy Art Nouveau Period We invite you to visit our site: antiquites-art-nouveau.fr
