Variation Of 3 Water Cases, In Brass. Auvergne. 19th Century. flag

Object description :

"Variation Of 3 Water Cases, In Brass. Auvergne. 19th Century."
Incorrectly called “ladles” by neophytes, these pots were used to drink water drawn from a bucket or ferrat. The tails are decorated with solar motifs. These breakages coming from different workshops, demonstrate through certain manufacturing details the absence of monotony of the artisanal creations of this period. Origin: AUVERGNE. Diameter: 15.5-15 and 14 cm. Length: 48-41 and 37 cm. Period: 19th century. Very good condition. Free shipping by COLISSIMO for mainland France.
