Jean Arène was born in Marseille in 1919 and died in 2020 in Brignoles. They took classes at the School of Fine Arts in Marseille at the age of 21, yes he went to Paris to work with the poster artist Colin and returned to Marseille to found the group under 30 years old His first exhibition was in 1957 in Marseille and he then left to visit the world.
