Art Deco “bijou” Vase Charles Schneider 1920
Very beautiful "Bijou" vase from the Art Deco period (circa 1920) in blowtorch glass by Charles Schneider.
Yellow glass decorated with five green / blue glass tears and hot-applied purple glass cabochons. The surface is acid etched. This vase is signed "Schneider" in gold under the base.
It is referenced on page 222 of the book Schneider - Le Verre Français (see photos).
Height: 12.6 cm. Diameter: 7 cm. Very good condition. No cracks, no chips, no restoration. Superb work by the glassmaker.
