18th Century Slope Desk
We present this interesting and exceptional sloping desk or humpback desk in solid walnut from the 18th century. The feet are curved and end a little like a doe foot. The particularity of this desk is that on either side there is a door which reveals drawers, when you open the flap a theater appears with curved drawers and a niche in the center and three panels slide which give access to boxes which will be hidden when the panels are back in place. This solid walnut desk is undoubtedly from the 18th century and has all its original fittings. (E24A)
