The paintings are annotated on the back for one: N°4 Beuzeval Cavaldos entrance to the Dives river near the Beuzeval bathing cabins dated 1876 and for the other Douarnenez finistère dated 1877 entrance to the cove of the bay of men with stencil inscription by Deforge Carpentier Paris on each canvas.
