Sword of a general or dignitary of the Kingdom of Prussia under Ludwig II of Bavaria (1845/1886). Keyboard decorated with a lion, guard branch decorated on both sides with a flower, quillon in the shape of a shell, checkered ebony handle, bearing the monogram of Ludwig II of Bavaria surmounted by the royal crown, pommel in the shape of a head of lion. Flat-backed, single-edged gutter blade bearing on both sides the monogram of Ludwig II of Bavaria (with slight traces of oxidation). Wooden scabbard covered in black shagreen with brass bouterolle and coping marked "Stroblberger in Munchen". Length 91 .5 cm.
