Elegantly shaped vase with fine cracks suitable for Satsuma, finely decorated with bamboo branches around the edge.
Signed by Ito Tozan I (1846 - 1720), Japanese artist from Kyoto during the Meiji era, awarded several times at major universal exhibitions and whose works are in numerous museums including the V&A Museum and Tokyo Museum.
