Lanternclock signed Vicenzi Nuzzi Di Rincine, dated: ca 1780.
It has an iron frame. This mecanism has a 1-day movement with striking train and alarm.
You can settle the clock with a little key just above the number 6.
The brass dial is nicely engraved. The time is indicated with just one hand.
The family Rincine made almost always this type of lanternclocks, sometime with a 6 hour striking, sometime with or without alarm. They were almost made on demand, so the type depended on the buyer.
