Louis Gossin is a French sculptor known for his mythological statues. He was the first member of the French Artists. A student of Mathurin Moreau, he exhibited regularly at the Salon from 1877. Among his various medals, he received: Third class medals in 1882, second class in 1886, bronze in 1889 and in 1900 at the Universal Exhibition. Visible at the Galerie Courcelles Antiquités, at 97 rue de Courcelles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
