Beautiful floor clock in carved and molded walnut. Fine flared case with fluted pediment, cornice with ogee and dentils, frame with egg frieze. Decorated with pearls and fusaroles, laurel garland. Large door with heart-shaped friezes, glazed pearl medallion. Base on plinth with egg friezes. Enamelled movement with date, cartridges with Arabic and Roman numerals, signed Dugast in Loudun. Chime of the hours and half hours. Late 18th century period. Height 252 cm, width 42 cm, depth 23 cm. Movement delivered with instructions for use, revised and guaranteed.
