Toni Zuccheri (1936 – 2008), born in 1936. He is the son of the painter Luigi Zuccheri, known for his illustrations of nature and birds. Toni graduated from the Venice Academy of Architecture, where he learned from various great artists, including Ignazio Gardella, Franco Albini and Carlo Scarpa. Around 1961, the young Toni joined Venini and discovered the astonishing art of glassmaking by collaborating with Gio Ponti. Toni Zuccheri is the instigator of numerous experiments with glass. He was the first to mix pasty glass with raw materials such as copper, mineral pigments, murrines and even bronze.

Paolo VENINI (1895 - 1959) During his career, Venini worked in collaboration with many renowned artists and designers, including Gio Ponti, Napoleone Martinuzzi and Fulvio Bianconi, to create unique and innovative glass pieces.
