"Antique Louis XV Cherry Wood Buffet - 19th Century"
Charming small Louis XV sideboard in cherry wood, beautiful honey patina. A functional key and locks. This piece of furniture opens with two doors. Each of them is made up of a central panel with flat strips and a scalloped frame at the top. Each leaf is fixed on a long card and is fitted with a cut-out keyhole. The one on the left is fake while the one on the right is in working order. These two openings are separated by a central pilaster, with vertical grooves, and adjoining the one on the left. They are topped with two drawers. The lower crossbar is animated and sculpted with a delicate olive branch. The sides are paneled. The whole rests on two doe feet at the front, two straight feet at the back.
