Small Lacquered Lady's Cabinet England 19th
Rare lady's secretary in the shape of a Cabinet. Georgian England. Late 19th, early 20th. All sides (except the bottom) in lacquer decorated with Chinese horsemen, pagoda and polychrome and gold flowers on a green background and gilded wood moldings opening with a flap revealing a red lacquered interior with three compartments and two drawers. A belt drawer (split bottom). The top is removable. Small wear to the decor. Tapered legs with X-shaped spacer. Total dimensions 108 x 56 x 40. Cabinet dimensions 50 x 34 x 35.
