Transitional Commode In 18th Century Marquetry

Large 18th century Transition chest of drawers in rosewood marquetry and stained wood on an oak frame. This double projection chest of drawers rests on four arched legs ending in gilded bronzes in the shape of lion paws. The front has three rows of drawers without crossbars, three in the upper part and two large drawers. Sainte Anne gray marble top (on the right you can see a small lighter part, it is not a stain but the vein of the original marble). A Greek-style decor, with green-tinted nets, adorns this piece of furniture as well as gilded bronzes on the base of the lamp, the uprights, the keyholes and the pull rings. This chest of drawers has been completely restored and varnished with a buffer. DIMENSIONS: 1.45m x 0.63m and 0.89m high. Delivery on estimate.
