Beautiful patina for our majestic terracotta sculpture from the first half of the 19th century. Tenderness, power and serenity emanate from this graceful realization. Dimensions of 124 cm It bears on its base, the stamp of the VIREBENT Property in Toulouse.
Auguste VIREBENT (1792-1857) was an architect and brickmaker from Toulouse.
Good condition but note small chips as well as the missing hand of the Virgin.
