This desk was purchased from the prestigious Christian Liaigre house in the 1980s for a significant price (more than 150,000 francs). It is heavy and of great quality. Everything was arranged in a clever way. It can also be used as a dining room table or entryway console. The feet appear to be made of lemon wood and the top is probably veneered in Macassar ebony. The desk has a drawer. It is in good general condition, we note small traces of wear linked to time, small scratches and classic friction.
