Charles Chevalier 1804 -1859 worked with Niepce. Around 1841, he founded a workshop intended for the manufacture of Daguerreian lenses and a vast range of accessories for photography. The rare chrono offered here can be seen in one of its catalogues: last photo attached, second row second on the right. The device is working. key present, fel on the dial window. 11cm by 11, by 11.
