Beautiful old painting, oil on canvas 19th century, annotation on the back of the stretcher Georges Calves (henri), not verified, representing an animated landscape of a child in a red cap on his horse, in front of a butcher's stall. Beautiful and luminous composition teeming with well-executed details, the background with thatched roofs seems to indicate a Norman view.
