In 1994, the Bernardaud porcelain factory reproduced some of his works on Limoges porcelain. Some of his paintings are exhibited at the Bernard-d'Agesci museum in Niort.

He was successively named Knight of Arts and Letters and Officer of Arts and Letters in 1986, then Knight of the Legion of Honor.
