"Animated Landscape Painting First Half 19th Century"
Pretty little oil on canvas from the first half of the 19th century, representing a picturesque seaside or lakeside landscape animated with characters. A church built on a rock dominates the expanse of water against a backdrop of mountains. It could be a landscape from Italy or the South of France. Good general condition, with two small scratches visible in photos. Dimensions: 40.5 x 27 cm
