Very beautiful pair of Louis XIV style chairs in solid walnut from the second half of the 19th century. Each seat rests on four console-shaped legs ending in a winding and connected together by an H-shaped crotch also made up of small consoles. The backrest is high and tilted backwards, providing great comfort in the back. Each seat is in very good condition, recently redone, it is firm and comfortable. The covering fabric is a beautiful velvet with chevron patterns and embellished with a braid finish.
