Tomb Commode In Walnut, South-west 18th Century
Rare and elegant small tomb chest of drawers from the south-west of France in walnut from the 18th century. It opens on the front with three curved drawers with a crossbow design garnished with original bronze handles and keyholes. The uprights are decorated with elegies and finished with a finely carved claw base. The sides are mounted in 3 panels and the whole is topped with an original parqueted top which was particularly careful to be preserved and finished around its perimeter with a corbin bec. This superb quality chest of drawers entirely in walnut is curved in plan and elevation. Rare work in its proportions which gives it great elegance,
