Exceptional gouache watercolor titled on the back: "Gelli Eduardo, the musical rehearsal at the convent". Gouache signed lower left. History, genre and portrait painter born in Savona on September 5, 1852. (Italian school). In 1886 he was commissioned to paint the portrait of the Emperor of Austria. Benezit. Dimensions at sight: 49.5cmx30.5cm. Beautiful wooden frame and gilded stucco (small gaps).
