An elegant detail: the last crown of rivets draws the outline which is reminiscent of a war fan Note the location of the rivets in the center of the blades which implies a greater overlap of the blades between them The robustness is increased and the weight (3kg) The well-enveloping shikoro is of rare elegance. It is lacquered in black kiritsuke and braided in blue silk kebiki. Its large volume allows good protection of the neck and shoulders. The helmets of this blacksmith are very rare.
