This is a wakizashi from the Edo period (1603-1868).

With its original menuki, tsuka with brown rope placed on the tinted striped skin. Original marugata type tsuba, as well as fuchi and kashira with floral decoration. Its particularity is that it is accompanied by its original kogai, decorated with a battle scene.
